Randi Moves to Nashville

In 1994, Randi and her family moved to Nashville after her husband, Allen, had to relocate for his job.

Launch of DreamWorks Records

In 1996, she met her first client Scott Borchetta who at the time worked for DreamWorks Records, and is now the CEO of Big Machine Label Group. She planned the grand opening of DreamWorks Recoreds and her career as an Event Planner in Nashville began.

First CMA Award Show After Party

Randi planned her first CMA Award After Party for DreamWorks Nashville. Randi continues to plan events some of the biggest names in the music industry today.

CMA Awards After Parties

After the success of the Dreamworks CMA Awards Randi was able to plan after parties for Warner Music Nashville and Dreamworks the following year. In 2016, with the Randi Events staff in hand they were able to plan 10 successful after parties in the same night.

Randi & 'Prince of Egypt'

In 1998, Randi planned the premiere for the movie 'Prince of Egypt' along with the sound track. Some of Nashville's biggest stars came out.

Tim McGraw

In 2000, Randi planned the Millennium show which was one the biggest New Year's Eve parties.

Randi Planned the Shania Twain Album Release

In 2002, Shania Twain released in her fourth studio album "Up" which sold over 11 million copies. Randi planned the album release party in Nashville, TN.

Wynonna Judd's Wedding

In 2003, Randi planned her first wedding for Country Music Legend Wynonna Judd.

Randi Hit the Road with Tim McGraw

In 2004, Randi hit the road with Tim McGraw's Out Loud Tour. She planned all of the pre- show and after parties along with the green rooms for the tour.

Nashville Event Space Opened

In 2005, Randi started managing the venue Global Cafe. This was the start of Nashville Event Space which now manages some Nashville top venues that include aVenue, Silo and Track One Garage.

Big Machine Record Label Opened

After the closing of Dreamworks Nashville Scott Borchetta opened Big Machine Records which Randi planned the grand opening BBQ and continues to plan events for them to date.

aVenue Became a Part of NES

In the beginning of 2007 Randi and her husband Allen, started managing aVenue. Avenue is an event venue located downtown Nashville on 3rd avenue south. They still manage aVenue today which has become one of Nashville's Top Venues.

Randi was Diagnosed with Breast Cancer

In early 2008, Randi was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and had to take a step back from the business. She had to depend on her staff to continue the day to day business. The business began to really grow.

The Blind Side Premiere

In 2009, Randi had the opportunity to design the 'Blind Side' movie premiere at Nashville Regal Cinemas. All of Nashville's biggest stars came out including Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Reba, and the Tuohy family.

Taylor Swift

In 2010, Randi planned Taylor's album release party for "Speak Now" The event was live from New York where Taylor performed songs for the album.

Taylor Swift 'Red'

After the success of the "Speak Now" party Randi was able to plan Taylor's album release party for "Red" in Nashville.

Samsung Galaxy Experience

This year during CMA Fest we built an entire building in an empty alley adjacent to Nashville's Broadway! Our designers created a storefront atmosphere, complete with iconic Nashville memorabilia, a stunning bar, and listening stations.

Hype Energy

Randi Events was thrilled to be a part of the HYPE US Energy Drink launch in downtown Nashville. Not only did we close down Broadway from 3rd-5th as HYPE US gave samples of their product, we were joined by Brand Ambassadors Kim Kardashian, Craig David, Aryana Sayeed and Sergio Perez!

CMA Awards 2015

In 2015 Randi Events planned 10 successful CMA Awards Parties in the same night. They planned parties for some of the biggest names in Nashville including Big Machine Record Label, Warner Music Nashville, and Ole Publishing to name a few.

Randi Events Music Row Office

In January 2016 Randi purchased a house on Nashville Historic Music Row which is the Randi Events offices. Randi now employs 12 full time staff members and includes to plan some of the world's best events.

Florida Georgia Line’s “Dig Your Roots” Album Launch

What better place to kick-off Florida Georgia Line’s “Dig Your Roots” album launch and tour than in a historical venue that houses the ancestral records of so many of us!

CMA 2016

In 2016 Randi celebrated 20 years of CMA Awards Parties! Randi Events planned parties for some of the biggest names in Nashville including Big Machine Record Label, Warner Music Nashville, and Ole Publishing to name a few.

CRS 2017

In 2017 Randi celebrated 20 years of CRS events.

ACM Awards 2017

Randi's involvement with the ACMs this time around was the biggest in Randi Events history, with 5 events throughout the weekend for Big Machine Label Groups', CESSNA, and Sony Music Nashville. Randi and her team flew to Vegas to make the impossible possible in the party capital of the world.

Brad Paisley Love & War Radio Remote

Partnered with Sarah Cannon Band Against Cancer for the launch of Brad’s new record and Visual Album for Love & War. Included a private screening of the film at the Country Music Hall of Fame and a pop up concert at Tootsie’s with special guest John Fogarty.

CMA Fest 2017

20th year doing CMA Fest, including 12 events in one week all over Music City. Fan parties for Warner and Big Machine, on-off events for local record labels, 3 corporate events, a wedding and even Bonnaroo.

Three Cities, Three Events, One Day

To promote his new album, Life Changes, Thomas Rhett and his record label, Big Machine Label Group, decided to host listening parties in Boston, Philadelphia, and Chicago on the day of his album release. When they contacted Randi Events to execute the plan, we were all excited about the opportunity to take our expertise to three different cities and plan events that Thomas Rhett and the label would be proud of. Additionally, I took pride in knowing that I could safely delegate many of the tasks to my team.

Light the Night

Every fall, my team at Randi Events has the distinct honor of planning one of our favorite nonprofit events – the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk. Being able to design this event and bring the Nashville community together is just a small contribution to finding a cure for this disease that affects so many.

CMA Awards 2017

Always one of the busiest nights of the year in Nashville, this year was no exception – we planned several parties throughout the week for some of the biggest labels in the country music industry. Deemed the “biggest night in country music,” we didn’t just plan one party on the night of the awards, we planned a total of four: two viewing parties and two after parties!
